How do I setup CyberDuck to work with 2-Factor Authentication?

Overview

In order to transfer large files such as uncompressed video to a University authenticated resource’s FTP service such as Box’s FTP server many people will use a client side app to handle the transfer. Cyberduck is one such app and is able to authenticate to FTP Servers using the Duo two factor authentication service. If the  Cyberduck app is not configured properly, it will send a two factor authentication request for each upload or download.    

Solution

1. In Cyberduck, select  Edit > Preferences > Transfers > General.
2. Under "Transfers", use the "Transfer Files" drop-down to select Use browser connection
