WebFocus Refresh Schedule

Overview

The Operational Data Store (ODS) is the primary reporting location for reports in WebFocus.  The product brings a majority of Banner data into tables and views that are easier to report from.

Refresh Schedules

Process Description Frequency
REFRESH_ALL Refreshes all ODS tables 4:15 AM Daily
REFRESH_AR_ESSENTIAL Refreshes only the ODS tables that affect Accounts Receivable 4:45 AM Hourly
REFRESH_FA_ESSENTIAL Refreshes only the ODS tables that affect Financial Aid 4:45 AM Hourly
