Do Not use multiple browser tabs for Banner
When multiple Banner tabs are open in a browser, the session timeout is generally managed by the first tab, which can result in unpredictable session timeouts in the other tabs. If you need to have multiple Banner browser windows open simultaneously, open then in different browsers, as the session will behave as expected within each browser.
Restart Internet Browser
Completely close your internet browser, but clicking the 'X' button on the top right of the window. Once closed, make sure you do not have another instance of your internet browser running. This should clear some temporary internet files that build up while you are working with the application.
Clear Browser Cache
When web browsers are open for long periods of time, they can collect 'stale' information, or cache. The intent of cache is to speed up future visits to websites, however, it can interfere after application updates. Please follow the process below to clear your cache for your respective browser. NOTE: Performing these steps will require that you sign-in again to almost all websites that you routinely use, that require login.
