How do I schedule a meeting in Google Meet (Hangouts Meet)?
Overview
This article will show you how to schedule a meeting with Google Meet.
Solution

Open Google Calendar and select the time slot you would like to schedule your meeting for and select More Options.

The page should look similar to the one below

2. Select Add Conferencing and select Hangouts Meet.

3. Guests can be added to the meeting by typing their email address into the field that says Add Guest. ![](https://umdearborn.teamdynamix.com/TDPortal/Images/Viewer?fileName=97379fea-bb6e-4b31-9088-a86a55876e38.png)
When your guest receive the event invite the link to join the meeting will be included and the link is also viewable from the event on their Google Calendar
