DUO: Getting Blank Two-Factor Prompt on iPhone

Problem/Question

To fix the blank screen issue that can occur on the Duo prompt on an iPhone.

Overview

The "Two-Factor Authentication Required" page appears without options to select, as seen below:

Solution

This issue occurs due to Content Restrictions on an iPhone.

Content restrictions can be disabled by following these steps:

1. Open Settings
2. Click Screen Time
3. Click Content & Privacy Restrictions
4. If enabled, click the toggle to disable

If you choose not to disable content restrictions, please follow these steps:

1. Open Settings
2. Click Screen Time
3. Click Content & Privacy Restrictions
4. Click Content Restrictions
5. Click Web Content
6. Click Allowed Websites Only
7. Click Add Website
8. Type Duo into the Title field
9. Type duosecurity.com into the URL field
10. Click Done
