How do I check the Status of my Ticket?


Overview

You can quickly view the status of your ticket(s) by logging into the IT self service site.


Solution

  1. Go to the UMD IT Self Service Site 

  2. If you do not see your name displayed in the top right corner of the screen, log into the IT self service site.

  3.  Go to Services > My Recent Requests (on the Right-side) 

  4. To see more details for a ticket, including the ticket's description and any comments made on the ticket, click on the title of the ticket. This will take you to a detailed view of the ticket.

Alternatively, you can click on Ticket Requests (grey-bar on left-side)  in Services > Search.
