How do I log into the IT self service site?

Overview

Although it is not necessary to view most articles and services, we recommend that you log into the IT self service site before browsing the Knowledge Base or Service Catalog. Logging in prevents you from having to log in later if you decide to submit a ticket or leave feedback on information in the Knowledge Base. It also ensures that you can view all of the information to which you have access.

Everyone with an active Login account can sign into the IT self service site.

Solution

1. Click on the Sign In link in the top right corner of the screen
2. Enter your uniqname and kerberos password
3. Click Login.

You are now logged into the IT self service site.
