Description:
This service is used to request software and systems training from the CRM team for individuals or teams.
The trainer will reach out to you for specifics and to schedule a date and time that will work for all involved. Please allow for at least two weeks for training preparation and scheduling.
Eligibility:
This service is available to UM-Dearborn faculty and staff as well as student employees of the University. This service requires users to have a Salesforce account for UM-Dearborn. If you do not yet have a Salesforce account, please request an account before requesting training.
