Salesforce is a customer relationship management (CRM) tool that serves UM-Dearborn in many different areas, including Recruiting/Admissions, Case Management, and Appointments/Advising. Please specify if there is a user that has access similar to the access that you are requesting. Requesting access will require supervisor approval, they will be notified to approve this request.
Eligibility:
UM-Dearborn faculty, staff, or temporary employees may request access to Salesforce if it is required for their position.
