Description:
This service is used for reserving a CECS computer lab, whether it be for a semester long course or an event.
The CECS computer labs are:
- HPEC 1180 (30 desktops, projector)
- HPEC 1190 (30 desktops, document camera, projector)
- ELB 2026 (32 desktops, document camera, TV)
- ELB 2034 (32 desktops, document camera, TV)
Each computer lab has a UPrint black and white printer with release station as well as BYOD cables for the instructor stations.
For any software needs, please allow at least a two week lead time in order for ITS to package, test, and deploy the requested software. If multiple software titles are required, a longer lead time is requested.
Eligibility:
Full time faculty and staff can request the reservation of a CECS computer lab.
