AppsAnywhere Troubleshooting: Unable to Access or Open Applications (BYOD)


I am not able to access or open up a specific application that is available to me in AppsAnywhere.


This document is referring to Apps that are under the All Available tab on AppsAnywhere. If the app is listed as unavailable then that is a different issue.


  1. Click the More Info button on the App that you are having a problem accessing




  1. Next you will see 3 different tabs with information that you need to check: App Details, Delivery Methods, Regions

  • App Details – explains if you need to access the campus VPN to run the App
  • Delivery Methods (3 Tabs)
    • Information – Explains the delivery method used for the App
    • Restrictions – If you see all green checks then you should be able to run the App
    • Operating Systems – List of supported Operating Systems
  • Regions – shows if the application is restricted by region.

After checking all those take the proper steps to resolve your problem. If you need to setup the campus VPN please see the links in the information below.
