How to send emails from the Banner Class list page

1. Make sure you are logged in to UMich Gmail.

2. Make Gmail Your Default Email Client

     A.  Click in search option and type in Default Apps and select it

             

     B.  Select “email” and set it to the browser to 'Google Chrome'

3. Make Google your default protocol handler

     A. On your computer, open Chrome.
     B. At the top right, clickand then Settings.
     C. Under "Privacy and security," click Site settings.
     D. Under "Additional permissions," click Protocol Handlers.
     E. Set mail.google.com your default protocol handler.

       

 

4. Select all the students on the ClassList page and click on email to send email to the class.
