Important Policy Notice:
A new university policy, SPG 601.42 – Covered Visitors, requires additional HR review and a background check for certain sponsored individuals. Sponsored affiliates who fall under this policy must complete the required background screening before sponsorship can be approved, which may extend processing time. We are coordinating with HR, and once HR approval is received, sponsorship can proceed.
Please use this service to add, renew, or remove sponsored account access.
Please Note: Faculty and staff members of the CECS department should submit requests for a sponsored account through this separate CECS request form, to have their request processed by the CECS Department.
