Description:
This ticket should be submitted when a proposed institutional change may alter data in ways that could affect multiple systems. These changes may require coordinated updates across various platforms, such as reporting systems, Salesforce, Banner, and/or IT systems/scripts. This ensures comprehensive evaluation, alignment, and implementation of data governance policies and standards within the institution.
This ticket should not be submitted for routine curriculum changes like program/course updates or minor departmental modifications that do not impact systems beyond their immediate scope.
Eligibility:
Staff members who are proposing data changes that could affect multiple systems that should be discussed by Data Governance.
