Description:
Titanium Counseling Software is a counseling EMR application used for displaying and completing client forms for intake, consent, assessments, or surveys. Click "Request Service" to submit an inquiry or report an issue with the Titanium Counseling Software application.
Eligibility:
Any employee or faculty may submit an inquiry or report an issue with the Titanium Counseling Software application that has access to the applicaiton.
If you do not have access and you wish to obtain access, please submit a request for access by clicking on the "Request Service" button to the right. Approval for access must come from a supervisor or authorized signer from your department.
