Perceptive Content Server Disconnect / Profile Creation
Overview
This issue will normally occur if the connection profile is not setup correctly or, if remote, not connected to VPN.
Solution
Note:: If working remotely, please check that you are connected to VPN and retry. If still not working, please check the Connection Profile.
Connection Profile Setup (QA)

Launch the Perceptive Content 7 Client

Click Connection Profiles
3. Click Edit Connection Profiles
4. Click Create
5. Details:
- Name: UMD
- Server ID: apps-image-content-prod.its.umd.umich.edu
- Server Type: Production
- Port Number: 6000
- User Name: Remember last successful user name
6. Click OK
7. Default Preferences: Remember last successful connection attempt
8. Click OK
Login Instructions from Home :
- Must be connected to UM-Dearborn VPN to connect
2. Login with Kerberos credentials
