On the My UM-Dearborn portal home page, select My Help Center
This will take you to an area where you can view cases made by you or on your behalf, FAQ categories, and assistance articles. At the bottom of the page, select Contact Us
This will take you to a fillable form. Complete the required fields (the ones with the red *), and click Submit
✨Viola! Now your case is on its way to someone who can assist you. You’ll get a confirmation number, and the case will be visible on the My Help Center (second step in this document)
