Respond to a Case Within the Portal

Compose and send emails related to your cases through the My Help Center on the portal home page

On the My UM-Dearborn portal home page, select My Help Center

This will take you to an area where you can view cases made by you or on your behalf, FAQ categories, and assistance articles. Click on any case number to see more information on your case

Under Send Email, click Compose

Use the space provided to compose an email, and then click Send
