Check the Status of an Open Case

Check your case status and responses under the Emails heading in the My Help Center on your portal home page

On the My UM-Dearborn portal home page, select My Help Center

 

This will take you to an area where you can view cases made by you or on your behalf, FAQ categories, and assistance articles. Click on any case number to see the status of your case

 

Any responses will populate under the Emails heading
