The decommission/removal of a printer process will differ depending on if it is a Xerox printer (leased or purchased) or a Non-Xerox printer. This knowledge base article will guide you through the steps you need to take to complete this process for the printer.

Removal Steps
- Gather the following information about the printer: Manufacturer and Serial Number
- Submit a request, with the information from the previous step, to our Property Disposition.
- We look over the information and will respond to your ticket with the appropriate next steps.
